Per’s biggest achievements
- Co-founded and developed the company WirelessCar, one of the world's largest companies in connected services for vehicles. It operates services such as Volvo OnCall.
- Successfully transformed several organisations and companies from focusing on products to services/ solutions.
- Daring to travel to the United States and work as a language trainer at the age of 19, which brought about major positive personal change.

Per’s career began when he spent a few summers in the United States as a language-camp leader. There, he developed new skills that built his character and opened new doors.nHis studies at the University of Gothenburg and Harvard University in Boston laid the foundation for a long career within the Volvo Group, where Per acted as an intrapreneur.
Per has had the privilege to work as a manager and leader in innovation, strategy, and transformation, which usually has involved an element of new technology together with services/ aftermarket. He is also the founder of several new companies, and is an advisor and board member.
Per’s way of being, leading, and driving change – based on transparency, trust, and a belief in having fun at work – has resulted in a network that spans the globe. He regularly stays in touch with colleagues from all stages of his career, from his first job to his current — networking is key!
Change is fun, and Per’s career and leisure time follow the same pattern. Remodelling at home, the mobile office on the boat — and then also his interest in ping pong, which even gave birth to a new company in the Chalmers Ventures (a Swedish venture capital company) incubator, developing a smart ping-pong bat. Per simply sees the possibilities!
